Before making the purchase, contacted the company and checked lead/delivery time which was stated within 3 days. Made purchase on line on the 19 Feb 2018. Received confirmation via email on Tue, Feb 20, 2018 at 9:35 AM. "Thank you for the online order received. We will contact you as soon as possible with delivery details. If any further enquiries, please don't hesitate to contact me". Wed, Feb 21, 2018 at 11:02 PM email was sent back to ********** requesting delivery date. Sent another email Sat, Mar 3, 2018 at 11:06 AM to ********** Received no response on either emails.. Called ********** 613 on 27 & 28 Feb 2018,took all the details they will get back to me. Called again 5, 6, 7, and 8 March 2018. On 8 March persistent that the payment must be revised, lady (who does not want to give name) states she will call back, not falling for that trick again, hear her calling a person Mike, who says he was not advised about this order, take particulars. I receive an email Thu, Mar 8, 2018 at 5:03 PM, an order has been placed with time freight with documents requesting collection and delivery . That is how the order should have been dealt with in the first place. It is sad when employees has no respect for the companies values they work for and treat customers like this. Pity one does not have access to the Director or Senior Manager. My son, who went to varsity , has been sleeping on the floor since 24 Feb 2018 as I did not foresee this time delay and expecting a speedy delivery as committed by employee. All other items required for the flat, that was also purchased on line at other suppliers, was delivered within 3 days, (the fridge from Pricecheck the same day, WHOW) expect this bed. The ratings and comments for you Mr Director on this site is very good but take note, there is a rotten apples on board that will cost you business. Plainly stated, they are deemed to be completely ***********. Kindly do not apologize, it does not remove the inconvenience he had.
