Horrible service that I will never recomend.

I purchased a mattress online on 1October 2020. The next day one of their consultants called me to confirm my payment and purchase. After that I did not hear anything from them for 5 days. I eventually called the Durban branch on the 8th October to follow up on my purchase and was told that they are still manufacturing the item. Another week later and no feedback or follow up from the mattress warehouse. Pathetic service.
