Horrible service delivery.

Worst online purchase ever, these people do not know what customer service is. I bought 5 3/4 bed Mattresses on the 3rd of March 2022, the EDD is 7 to 10 days after they had received my money I was told that I’d receive my order only when there is an order that is coming on the same direction as mine if there isn’t I will have to wait. What’s the point of paying R880 delivery fee when my stuff is not gonna be delivered in time? It’s not even a free delivery I had paid but still. On my previous order it literally took them a month and a week to deliver. This company is disgusting 🤮 I must say.
