Horrible Service
The service has been very horrible.
I bought a Slumber Tiger King back 3 months ago... The bad is horrible. I don't know how people are ratting this bed so well.... This bed is horrible, since i bought the king bed i wake up tired everyday, my back hurts. It's like i am sleeping on the floor, the two twin bases are starting to give up with 3 months of us having this bed. The delivery was done a months after my order. We tried contancting The Mattress Warehouse, but it is very difficult to get them, the after sales service is very very horrible, if you do not call them they do not comeback to you. I have been trying to get this mattress replaced but it's a mission and half. I honestly regret buying this bed. I should have just went to UFO for better service.
