HORRIBLE SERVICE

On the 26th March 2018 I ordered a Rest Assured Trinity - Queen XL bed and base set online from The Mattress World. Today Rest Assured Cosmic Pocket Mattress, far inferior to what I ordered was delivered to my address today. When trying to Google the mattress, there was no reference of any product like a Rest Assured Cosmic Pocket Mattress. I called Marco, the sales consultant and told him that the product delivered to me is not what I ordered. He apologises and mentioned that they ran out of stock and that someone was suppose to inform me of the situation. I was never informed that the mattress I ordered was out of stock or given the option to cancel my order. He tried to persuade me to at least try out the mattress but I refused. Whilst I was on the phone with him, one of the delivery guys told me that the mattress is a lot different from the one I ordered. I ordered the specific mattress because of it's specifications and firmness. I mailed them same afternoon and requested an immediate refund and made arrangement to pick up the mattress either still the afternoon or first thing the next morning.
