Horrible customer service, borders on a ****.

Horrible customer service. Do not order from The Mattress Warehouse. After ordering a storage base for a bed and recieving the confirmation email indicating a 7-10 day wait for delivery, no follow up communication was received. When trying to follow up via their customer care line, I made 3 calls over the next 3 days and was promised a follow up call that never came. After not recieving any communication after almost two weeks, I sent an email communicating my request to cancel the order, as it had not been processed at all. Then, after sending through all of the required documents for the refund, the person who had started our refund request has not responded to a single email in another week. Horrible customer service.
