Have with the service I have received

I have ordered a mattress online on the 7th October 2025 online and had some issues regarding my order and delivery, I got a call from a store (The Mattress Warehouse Team(DBN) from a guy called Sboniso Faya on the 14th of October 2025,that guy knows how to service a client I was assisted through a phone call but his service was top notch ,imagine his service Face to face am impressed,I was one of those difficult,angry and frustrated client to a point that I wanted to cancel the order and get my refund but with Sboniso’s service I ended up continuing with my order the issue was resolved ,Sboniso used his TCF (treat customer fairly) very well. It’s very rare to receive such service from customer service team especially when it’s an online order, keep it up Sboniso Faya and Thank you to easy my frustration I am happy with my order that I have received ,beautiful mattress.
