Hard and noisy mattresses

I bought 2 single Vito mattresses and a 3/4 bed set from The Mattress Warehouse in Walmer last just as level 5 lockdown were eased. We did not use the single mattresses immediately, but when we did, we noticed that they were both firm. The were supposed to be comfort level 3, same as the 3/4 set, but there were an obvious difference. The 2 mattresses also makes noises upon movement to the extent that it wakes me up when the other person move. I phoned the shop where I purchased it and I was told to send an e-mail so that it can be forwarded to the manufacturer. After more than a month of no response from the manufacturer or the store, I send another e-mail to find out what is happening, no response until today. The mattresses are still under warranty and we did past the testing time as suggested for your body to get use to the mattresses. It just not getting better and it feels as if I threw money into the water.
