Happy resolution.

I ordered a mattress recently from this company, and initially was very frustrated because I was not notified that the item was actually out of stock. But Ms Tebogo Ramokgopa at the Randburg Warehouse resolved the issue within a couple of hours, finding me stock and organised the delivery tomorrow, turning a dissatisfied customer into a very happy one.
