We had a very pleasant experience with Jan online and Amier in-store. They provided a very efficient service keeping us informed at all times of when to expect delivery of our new sleeper couch. Jan was also quick to respond not only in the online chat box but also via email. There was 1 sleeper couch available in this range and colour and he made sure that we received it swiftly. We`re very happy with the product (zazzi sleeper couch)
