Happy customer after odering online
We always complain when something does not go our way, I ordered a Mattress online on the 25th June 2020 when I checked I made a mistake as I was supposed to order XL mattress, I sent a couple of emails to *** , which I did not get a reply from, I called their number complaining about their service and it was noted, on the 02 July I got a call form someone named KG from the Midrand branch promising that the mattress will be delivered on the 1st June, I was so suprised that it was only a week, KG went out of his way to find out which branch had the mattress I was looking for and resolved the issue for me, KG please keep it up, this is the service we need from everyone at the Mattress warehouse the mattress was XL which means it's a special order which takes about three weeks and mine was delivered in a week.
