I called the Mattress Warehouse Durban store and had a very bad network connection - The sales rep took my number and called me back within a few minutes - He spent almost 45 minutes on the phone going to in-depth explanations of the choices and the bed and answered all my questions in the most Humble ,courtesy way that I had never experienced a Sales person ever. At the end of the call i made my decision and went online made a purchase armed with that knowledge and comfort given to me . The following day this sales person calls me to discuss that my order had been processed and ready for delivery . He promised to call back once the delivery vehicle arrived at his store. This guy kept his word and called me again to inform me my bed has left the store at that time and is on its way to me. Within 45 minutes I received my brand new Bed. I took the time to write here not because I have nothing to do ….It because you rarely find this type of quality people around …. I would like to remind Mattress Warehouse Durban to take good care of this Salesman … if he he not the owner already … I have never met this guy and dont know him.... But i do know his Name.... So the next time you want a good understanding and honest salesman you will find one at Mattress Warehouse Durban..... Request for AK … That is all I know. Well done AK …
