Guarantee Issues

We bought a Lylax Maxipedic Imperial bed in August 2020. The mattress now starting sagging and making noises. I emailed the Pretoria branch to make sure about our guarantee, which I was told was a 2 year guarantee and it is still in the guarantee period. They asked for photos of the mattress, and I emailed it. Just to find out that we only had a 1 year guarantee on the mattress and we have to pay a repair cost to get the mattress fixed. I just dont think that I should pay for anything at this moment, as what guarantee do I have that in a few months time I wont have the same problem. I think that as a customer I am not suppose to sort out this problem, I would have thought that we would have our mattress replaced and that the agents will sort out the rest, without this being my problem. How am I suppose to recommend any one to purchase a bed online as you get false information when purchasing the bed.
