Greater customer service

Buying during lockdown I was expecting a long wait to receive my beds especially since not all businesses opened at the same time... BUT KG calls me to let me know that they are reviewing my order and there may be delays unless I am okay with an upgrade of my order... So last night we all slept on uograded beds (and he threw in a lil something...)
