Great Staff Not So Great Logistics

Bought a bed online and the experience could improve i say this because 1. the order status never changed 2. No one responded to the online chat platform. As a result all my communication regarding the bed was done via phone call. Delivery took longer than it was supposed to which was frustrating but Ebenard was great to deal with and hes the one who saved this review as i would have given them 1 star. Overall their staff and customer service is great although their online shopping and logistics could improve.
