Thank you to Nadine Coetzee and Mornay Smith for outstanding service received during the process of our recent purchase. Our emails were responded to promptly, in a friendly yet professional manner answering all our questions and attending to requests efficiently and accurately. Everything went smoothly from the begin to start. The delivery guys was also very friendly. This is not my 1st experience with The Mattress Warehouse and I have been satisfied with the service level both times. It's definitely a warm feeling to receive such good service in this time where service is overall poor. Keep it up guys, you are doing it correct!!
