Great Service and Support from Zakele! Keep it up!

Great service from Zakele. During COVID-19 sales reps can become overly persistent in pushing a sale. Not the case with Zakele (Mattress Warehouse in Randburg store). Zakele was not over-pushy, very accommodating as we were looking for a specific bed with a strong guarantee, warranty, weight, pocket coil and cooling functionality. Although he had the option of selling us more expensive offerings as we initially were sold on the Rest Assured (King XL), we tried the Forgeron Legacy Bed which accommodated our list of requirements. He had also accommodated us in trying the bed as new from the factory (as he advised us that as demo beds are relatively new, the feeling of a factory bed would be substantially different in comparison to that of a demo bed), and surprisingly by Zakele providing us with options, facts and not bombarding us as traditional bed salesmen mentality, he encouraged us to feel comfortable as this would be our big ticket purchase. He also provided us with information pertaining to the 100 day sleep guarantee to assure us that if within the period we are unsatisfied with our decision, we can return the bed provided we bought the mattress protector. Overall Zakele made our experience pleasurable and comfortable and would highly recommend friends who are currently in the market for a new bed for their home.
