Awesome customer service, and I love my new products!

I didn't know what bed I needed, and Jan ever so patiently walked me through the choices that would suit me. I spoke to him on the chat platform from morning till afternoon, and then on email - very responsive and kind all round. I have got my bed (and pillows and mattress protector) now, and I am pleased! Customer service par excellence.

The delivery crew, Tebogo and Tshepo, were super friendly and quick, and I am very grateful! They delivered my products and set everything up quick as a flash. Thank you to all at The Mattress Warehouse.
