I recently made an online purchase from your branch in Durban. I was called right away to confirm receipt of my order. The lady- Chanel was very helpful. I could not wait for the supplier to reopen, she helped me chose something suitable for my boys and even though I had to wait quite a while for my refund on the difference she kept me updated all the time.
