<p>We purchased a bed last week and battled to finalise the deal and to get hold of the Rep that we worked with. A day before the delivery Sandy called to confirm address and details. We then heard the bed had changed. After discussing our concerns she went out of her way to help us. The same day of delivery she arranged a bed and a better deal. Incredible well spoken person.
