Great range, user-friendly website and excellent service and value!

This is a long read but will hopefully be very helpful… While researching mattresses online, I came across Mattress Warehouse. I was tremendously impressed with their range (featuring all the big names like Sealy, Restonic, Cloud Nine etc) and their website, which was super user-friendly with a GREAT search function where you could filter out exactly what you were looking for in terms of brand, size, comfort level and even urgency of delivery. Then you could read all about the features, specs and reviews of each mattress, before selecting 4 or 5 mattresses to compare. This is how I decided on my top 3 to go and ‘test drive’ at my closest Mattress Warehouse (Midrand) – only 10 minutes away. I spent an hour with Tshepo. He patiently listened to my research story, was very helpful and friendly with fantastic product knowledge. Before showing me anything, he made sure that all my short-listed candidates were in stock and could be delivered within the week, as requested – to avoid disappointment. He then took me to try out 2 of my choices, showed me a few other mattresses based on my requirements and I could then make a final choice. Once decided, he explained that they were actually an online store (no wonder their website is so great), helped me to register and make my purchase online. Another perk is that if you buy a mattress protector you qualify to swap your mattress within 3 months should you find it not to your liking. You can only ‘trade up’ and the trade (them fetching your old mattress and bringing a new one) will cost you an additional R1,000. But it is great to know that you have that option.
