Great customer service!
I'm honestly so impressed with the service I received, it's refreshing. I accidentally made an oopsie with my order, but after speaking to Jan on WhatsApp, Jimmy Modiba from the Polokwane branch phoned me probably 10min later and we sorted everything. He was so professional and friendly. I then received an email stating all the changes and details on my order. I honestly enjoyed this shopping experience! Jimmy, you are a star!
