Great customer service

On the 27th Nov 2020, I bought Cloud Nine Mono-Flex Mattress - Double online and the shop had no stock. Few days later I got a call from a lady who informed me that there's still no stock and they not sure if stock will be there this year unless if am willing to wait for 2021 or get another mattress. I then told the lady I want a refund or Cloud nine mattress. she asked to call me back later once she has spoken to few people at the store to see how they resolve this.

She later call and offered me a Cloud Nine Blue 50th Anniversary double mattress which I agreed to. they topped this with a free delivery to my place. Indeed on Monday my mattress was delivered and I am so happy with it.
