I made an error on my order, and ordered the wrong size mattress protector. The error was picked up by them, and i was contacted by Tshepo, who assisted me in rectifying my mistake. Delivery took place within one hour of error getting rectified, and a day earlier than planned. Driver phoned to confirm that he was on his way. Very efficient.
