Good and reliable
Ordered a storage bed base with a hydraulic lift. Love it. The delivery of the bed base took a while, and they mixed my order up with someone else's. However, Sandy helped the whole way through and made the process as smooth as it could've been and gave me 2 complimentary pillows on top of it!
