Going the extra mile

<p>I would like to take this opportunity and thank Krystal for her outstanding customer service , i wanted a bed immediately since i have another baby on the way . the bed i originally ordered was the one i could afford , my budget wasn't much . she explained to me that the will be a delay on my delivery since the bed i ordered was still with the supplier . when i told her i was pregnant she explained that the bed i ordered wouldn't offer the kind of comfort suited for someone in my condition. She gave me options on what i can do , like upgrade to another bed . but i told her what i had spent on the bed was pretty much what i could afford . she said she had to make a call to her boss to see if they can do something for me .Within 30 minutes she called me back . I was getting a free upgrade to a better bed and it would be delivered tomorrow . that was Saturday the 11th of Feb. I have slept so well these past two days . getting up to go to work this morning was a mission and a half . Thank you Krystal for going the extra mile</p>
