Going the extra mile
The level of service we received from Smanga from the Durban Branch was on point. The mattress we had gone to purchase had a demo cut off cross section. Smanga showed us all the components found inside the mattress and explained the functions of those components as well as demonstrate how they actually work. That is what being helpful and professional looks like to me.
