From the bottom of my heart – thank you for the GREAT assistance. John was so helpful from the day my mom and I entered the warehouse. Although it was minutes away from closing up time, John and team did not frown upon us for entering so late – we were immediately attended to. The inside of the warehouse was spic and span and all the different style beds, sizes and mattresses were neatly displayed which makes it very easy for one to see from the entrance already what catches your eye.

John was patient, friendly and professional whilst he assisted us and not once did we gather the impression that he was only assisting us to make a sale and have us out of the place as we came there shortly before closing time. He answered all our questions and was honest about they types of beds and the mattresses as well as the durations of orders placed online. When I left the premises, my mind was already made up on what beds and mattresses we needed to purchase and there were no regrets from here onwards.

Thank you John and team for assisting me during this special time as my main reason for getting a new bed and mattress is because this preparation is also for my FIRST bundle of joy on its way pretty soon. You have made this journey very easy as bed shopping can really be tiring, stressful and difficult and BOY have we looked around at a few places before trying The Mattress Warehouse. Thank you for the constant updates and progress report calls, I really appreciate everything you have done for me and I just want to further say that the team who also delivered the beds, they were extremely on point, adhered to the Covid-19 Rules when they delivered the goods and most importantly, they greeted us all before entering the property.

Not only are the beds custom made once you make payment, you choose the style you want and the wood is super solid and imported!!! The brand new wood smell lingers in your room for quite a while and the finishing touches are so neatly and smoothly done, there is not a chip or rough edge in sight!
