Fast Shipping = No Shipping
Avoid if you are interested in getting your mattress quickly. They boast FAST SHIPPING on all their products but state in their delivery terms 5-7 business days (that is NOT fast). None the less, after 7 business days I get a 'courtesy' email stating that they are waiting for stock. There was nothing on their website to indicate that the product was out of stock or on back order. If you cannot fulfill a order then DO NOT take the order!

a) you mislead people with your FAST SHIPPING. 5-7 business days is NOT fast shipping.
b) you mislead people by making them believe that what they want is available and in stock when in fact you first take the money and then you go and see if you can find the said product from a supplier. You are as much a warehouse as I am.
