Fantastic Service by The Mattress Warehouse

We placed an online order for a Queen mattress over the weekend and received an email first thing on Monday telling us that they expect delivery at their warehouse within 3 days. I made a note to follow up today (Thursday) only to be contacted first thing this morning to let us know to expect delivery today. The driver later contacted us to let us know that he would be here by 10h30 and sure enough they arrived at 10h25. Maphumze and Ismael were friendly, quick, and efficient and carried the mattress upstairs and took our old one to be donated to the Salvation Army - a great initiative. If only all online businesses were run as efficiently.
