Excellent Service - Maitland Branch I went in to buy a mattress, Cleon was not only knowledgeable of the different products but his patience and care made me feel at ease. I bought a mattress only to realise after delivery it was the wrong size . I called the shop to notify him , he understood my predicament - promised to call back after checking if they had stock of correct size . Within 48hours, I had not only right size mattress but an upgrade ;) Cleon was marvellous throughout then process and professional. Danielle the manager gave a courtesy call to check if all in order . I definitely recommend these guys - 5 star service .
