Fantastic customer service - thank you Wendy Marakala! After purchasing a bed online (super fast & easy), I was immediately contacted by Wendy to advise that due to unavailability of stock on hand, I would have to wait for the bed to made alternatively I could select another option that was available. Wendy sent through an alternate (better quality for marginally higher cost but still with free delivery) and followed up with me until the bed was delivered. I was really impressed and would definitely recommend!
