False advertising led to a bad customer experience

I placed the order for a Sealy Soft Touch Bamboo Mattress Protector on The Mattress Warehouse website. More than a week later, I was still to receive the order. I then decided to call their customer care and was promised that they would deliver the product on a particular date. The delivery date has passed, and they did not come through.
