FALSE ADVERTISING!!! BE CAREFUL!

So if you read this: "Simplification of your Schedule: With our No-turn mattress, you no longer have to worry about remembering to flip your mattress. Our No turn double spring unit makes for the convenience without the loss of any no-turn mattress bounce and firmness."

BUT IF AFTER 6 MONTHS THERE IS A PROBLEM AND YOU ARE NOT HAPPY THEN THEY SAY BUT YOU SHOULD HAVE ROTATED IT ONCE A MONTH?

I thought I no longer have to worry about REMEMBERING things with this mattress?

So where and how was I supposed to know this?

They dont even bother to respond to my emails anymore!

According to Rest Assured's Calvin it is within the "specs" of who knows what so I as the client is in the "wrong".

This is not treating a customer fairly and the next people they will hear from is the CONSUMER OMBUD!
