False advertising
Purchase a bed online with the sole purpose cause their website stated if oder is received before 12 you get same day delivery. Order made and paid by 8 in the morning now they telling me I must wait till Friday and there is no stock but the website stated they have available stock this is false advertising and I'm also told I didn't choose same day delivery option but I was not given the choice to choose delivery option and now I have no bed and am told I'll have to wait 7 days for my money if I cancel this order absolutely madness. If I knew this nonsense was going to happen I would have never purchased the bed from them in the fist place only bought it because they advertise a same day delivery if the order is placed before 13 and the is no mention of a delivery fee in their add.
As I explained to the lady on the phone there was no delivery option to choose from on the online portal and it took me to the page to make payment and after that I received a confirmation email. It was only after I called to enquire about delivery time that I found out I wont get the bed delivered today. She said she will call the Boksburg branch to see what see can do. Also note online when I ordered the bed it stated available but then Boksburg branch said the bed is not in stock and it will come from polokwane then the lady said she will call Boksburg to see how she can assist. I received a WhatsApp stating I'll get delivery on Friday which I was not happy with. After speaking to the lady Abigail from Boksburg called and offered me another bed which I accepted and was delivered at 16.30 today by driver Tebogo and Mahlatsi well mannered and very respectful and helpful gentleman the even assembled the bed for me.
