Extremely terrible online purchase experience and bad false shipping timelines
I am not sure what fast shipping means in the books of The Mattress Warehouse, I have been waiting on my purchase for over a week, and I keep hearing different stories. No one bothers to call. I always have to make the follow-up, and I never get the same story. No accountability what's so ever and no one actually cares.
