Exceptional Service

Its my second time ordering from The Mattress Warehouse and the service i recieve its always outstanding on point, from the online sales team to the delivery team. I would like to thank the following team for their assistance: Rosemary Mehlape (Online fullfillment assistance) 1. There were days when i knew that i would not be at home to recieve my order and i gave her dates on when my daughter will be home to recieve my order, she then arranged for my delivery according to my schedule. I have to applaud her for her efforts because my delivery was arranged according to my schedule and that relieved me from stress. 2. She updated me on how far the process is regarding my order, when my order will be delivered and also checked if the delivery team had contacted me. I applaud her communication, update, consistancy and patience.
