Exceptional service!

What a fantastic experience. It is not every day that one received service as I have with this outstanding company.

From the first person I made contact with by using their online chat app - Nadine- THANK YOU for laughing at my dumb jokes. You were most helpful at providing me with adv as well as suggestions. You knew I did not trust buying a bed before testing it and you quickly put my mind at ease by explaining the 100 day trial thing. As far as I am concerned you are fantastic at your job :D

From there Jackie, Rose, Zaani and Michael - Jinne guys! You went out of your way to obtain my bed for me and if you couldn't - you would go out of your way to finding a good alternative. Most companies would have just said "Sorry, out of stock " without giving a hoot.

You also kept me updated with information regarding the delivery of my bed as well as possible delays which were so appreciated. Do not stop this kind of communication with your clients - it is the small stuff that makes us come back.
