Irene, Centurion. The reception was great with a friendly Katlego receiving us at the door. Katlego was friendly and very well spoken. He gave us info on different products to suit our specific needs. He knows his products. The admin process was quick and the delivery quick. He kept us well informed with regards to the delivery and after we received the product, he followed up to make sure the mattress was in s good condition and if our first night on the new mattress met our expectations.
