Excellent Service = Happy Customer

Both Eben and Faygan were really great to deal with - courteous and very efficient. When I asked for info they duly followed up with the supplier - in most cases just a reply at this point would have been appreciated yet hopeful, but the fact they had actually contacted the supplier regarding the relevant query before responding was great. We were in regular phone and email comms which was reassuring as we had to juggle delivery to tie in with the bed delivery, and they were only to happy to try to get it right. And the mattress arrived before expected so that was great. Super bunch of guys!
