Excellent service from start to finish

We ordered a single mattress from the Mattress warehouse on a Sunday evening. Service was excellent. We were called on Monday by Amier Confirming our order. He called on Tuesday to confirm that our payment had gone through. He phoned later in the week to confirm stock and delivery. And we received a call from the delivery team to confirm delivery. We then received a follow up email checking that we were happy with our delivery and order. In a world where so many businesses fail to deliver I was extremely happy with the service we received. 10/10. Thank you!
