Excellent service from manager KG Matsane.

I would like to commend KG Matsane for excellent service. His professionalism has been outstanding. I bought a bed a few weeks ago - and counted on the fast delivery promised on the website. However the item I bought was out of stock and needed to be delivered by the supplier. After waiting almost two weeks and an email/ call to the employee dealing with my case, I contacted the manager KG. He was amazing, so professional, caring and he shared his expertise with me. I called, and was initially looking for a refund, but after I spoke to him on Monday, he not only upgraded my bed (which I didn't expect) but ensured the bed was delivered the next day on Tuesday. Thanks so much for resolving my query so quickly and professionally. I really appreciated his efforts. He deserves a raise.
