Excellent service, friendly staff

I would like to commend Shaylin and the team at the Irene branch of TMW on the incredible service I received earlier this week.

The mattress I ordered was out of stock, Shaylin gave me a call, explained the situation, and explained alternatives to me. During the afternoon I received an update call, which was greatly appreciated. Around the end of the business day, Shaylin contacted me to let me know he found stock and would be able to fulfill my order.

It's refreshing dealing with professional people who care about their customers. Keep up the good work
