Excellent Service

I received excellent service from Waseem in admin at The Mattress Warehouse, Bellville. The turn around times for his email responses to me were almost instant. They upgraded the double bed base which I ordered at no extra cost as the one which I ordered was not in stock. I put in an online order late Monday afternoon. Tuesday morning Waseem responded and by Wednesday morning at 11:00 am my bed base was delivered by drivers Bradley and Justin. Justin called me early this morning, Wednesday 10 May to inform me that they would deliver today. Fifteen minutes before their arrival I received an sms from Bradley, politely informing me that they are 15 minutes away.
