Excellent Service

I took advantage of the Black Friday specials and bought a king size mattress from the Mattress Warehouse on-line. There was however one complication in that I placed the order in November and only wanted this to be delivered on 20 December.

I received a phone from such a super gentleman shortly after placing the order, Katlego confirming that the order had been received, he recommended that we use a mattress protector and assured me that he would make certain that the delivery would only be done on 20 December. Today, 17 December, I get a call from Katlego, confirming that the delivery is in order and our mattress will be delivered on Monday. One could not ask for more excellent service. Thank you Katlego!
