Excellent service and really good communication

I ordered a Storage Base & a Kooi Hospitality Gentle Matress. They were delivered as expected.

The delivery guys were nice and really helpful. They assisted with lifting both items,even if I live on the 3rd floor of a building with no lift, without complaints.

Also thanks to Monique for helping me choose the bed and keeping me updated on the delivery. Great customer service. 🙏🏽
