⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent service and great customer care I had a small issue when my mattress was first delivered, as it arrived with a defect that was clearly from the supplier and not The Mattress Warehouse. I want to commend Zonke Lwana in particular for how professionally and efficiently this was handled. She responded immediately, kept communication clear, and arranged for the defective mattress to be collected and replaced on the same day — without any hassle or unnecessary back-and-forth. Throughout the process, Zonke Lwana was friendly, calm, and very helpful, and when I was shopping she also took the time to recommend the best option for my needs, which I really appreciated. Mistakes can happen, but what really matters is how they are handled — and in this case, the service was excellent. I’m very happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend The Mattress Warehouse based on this experience.
