Excellent experience!

I had a really great experience ordering online from The Mattress Warehouse. We ordered beds for our new house on a Friday and got a call the following Monday to say they wanted to deliver that day! We were not expecting such speedy service as we hadn't even moved in yet! They were totally happy to then arrange delivery for a day the following week which was the first excellent service experience. In the interim we realised we needed another base and Luelle from the Durban branch was so lovely and accommodating, she sent an invoice for the new order and then sent another when I added on a mattress protector. This was the second excellent experience. And the third were the two guys delivering the order who put everything in their correct rooms and were just really great too! Online shopping can be a nightmare but my experience here was brilliant from start to finish!
