Excellent customer service is not dead

I bought a mattress for my daughter at TMW and got the base and everything and only need the mattress to finish the ensemble and was hoping against hope to ensure my daughter experience the the whole bed at the same time. Here comes Adrian from TMW in Belville and makes me a happy father by ensuring I get my bed delivered on the day that I need it and keeping his promise of getting back to me like he said. Sales people that do what the say are rare and Adrian is a gem. Definitely doing my own bed upgrade through him.
