Excellent customer service

Excellent service from Mattress warehouse Cape Town. I emailed to ask if they could fast track delivery as I needed the mattresses for the coming weekend. Amier phoned to say the product I ordered wasn’t in stock in the warehouse but he could upgrade the product to one better in the range for no extra cost. I got a call the day before delivery to confirm and on the morning of the delivery to make sure I had the driver details. I ordered on Sunday and they delivered the same Thursday.
